Shared Payroll Center (SPC)

The Shared Payroll Center was created in 2007 to perform all system payroll functions for the Board of Regents.  Therefore, this office runs the payroll for all of the institutions governed by SDBOR.

You can find the 2008 pay date schedules and payroll work forms, which are used by Payroll personnel.  

To view your pay stub, please log into SNAP, select "Employee" at the top, and follow the 'Employee Details' channel. From here, you can click on 'Pay Stub'.  You will need to select the year for which you are reviewing.

Shared Immigration Services Center (SISC)

The SISC was created in 2008 and their mission includes:

1. provide expert assistance in the preparation of applications for temporary and permanent authorizations for employment of foreign national faculty and staff,
2. provide assistance and knowledgeable advice to universities on issues related to the employment of foreign national individuals, and
3. oversee labor, immigration and tax regulations related to the employment of foreign national individuals and to assure compliance
